It tells visitors apart for a single day using a hash of IP address, browser and site that rotates daily and is deleted once the day is processed, so no identifier is kept. This runs whether or not you accept cookies
  • Analytics cookies (with your consent): If you accept, PostHog sets a first-party cookie on .rainyrefunds.com for 180 days so we can recognise the same visitor across rainyrefunds.com, app.rainyrefunds.com and partner.rainyrefunds.com and see which campaigns lead to sign-ups and purchases. While we move our analytics to PostHog, accepting also loads Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, and Plausible Analytics counts visits without cookies; both will be removed when the move is complete
  • Support chat: Intercom, our live chat provider, sets its own cookies so a conversation can continue across pages and visits
  • Error monitoring: Sentry records technical errors on the site, and a masked recording of a small sample of sessions, to help us fix problems. It uses your browser's session storage rather than a cookie
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings and choices

You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. To change your choice later, clear the cookies for rainyrefunds.com in your browser and the banner will be shown again.
