Making a Complaint
We take all complaints seriously and want to help resolve them.
Rainy Refunds products are underwritten by Tokio Marine HCC. All complaints are handled directly by them. When you submit the form below, your complaint will be sent to Tokio Marine HCC who will review your case and respond to you.
Please include your policy number so they can locate your records.
If you are not satisfied with the response
If you remain unhappy after the underwriter has responded, or if eight weeks have passed without a final response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS is a free, independent service for resolving disputes.
